Robolights launches Colour Scroller

The Robolights Colour Scroller followed on from the development of the earlier Robocan and used similar technologies. Designed by Julian Baycock The MK1 versions accomodated 11 colours made as a continuous strip, which loosely reflected levels 1 through 10 on an alanlogue lighting desk. These Scrollers were designed to fit Parcans and other 1kW lanterns of the late 80's era. Control was analogue, using the 0 to minus 10V control voltage that was widely used at the time enableing the scrollers to be controlled by a simple analogue lighting desk. Debut for the Robolights colour scroller was at the Northcott Theatre Exeter.
