Smart Socket ^® for 16A

This version of the Smart Socket is designed to accept a 16A BS EN 60309 type socket outlet more commonly used for TV and Film lighting equipment. This type of socket outlet is sometimes referred to as a 'CEE Form' or a BS4343 type, however the British Standard number was replaced in 1999 by the Europe-wide equivalent number BS EN 60309. Installation is straight forward needing only one 16mm hole to be drilled into one wall of the lighting bar and the Smart Socket is supplied complete with all necessary screws. Screws, washers and nuts to fix the (separately supplied) 16A socket outlet to the front plate are also included. Please click here for details of socket outlets. IMPORTANT: The Robolights Smart Socket should only be installed by a suitably qualified person. The installer must also ensure that the final assembly conforms to and is in accordance with, all regional electrical wiring regulations prevailing at any time.
